Interview with an unidentified man about the New Orleans Riverfront Expressway. He states that it's not possible for anyone to design an expressway suitable for the French Quarter. He doesn't think that it was properly studied under any conditions, and that the Highway Department can't prove that the Riverfront Expressway is the only feasible solution. He states that no expressway at all would be the best solution, unless it were underground and out of sight in the Quarter. He argues that the cost of an underground tunnel isn't worth more than the value of the Vieux Carre.
