Oral history with state capitol security counselor Dick Barrios, Jr. Conducted on August 31, 1994. In this interview, Barrios discusses his career in security at the state capitol in Baton Rouge and providing security detail for certain senators. He shares stories of how he started his career as security counselor, a bombing at the capitol in 1970, how he aided with restructuring the security of the capitol building and state legislature.
