This segment from the 2007 Young Heroes Award Ceremony features a profile of honoree Jordan Prince, a homeschooled sophomore from Walker. At age eight, Prince was diagnosed with brain cancer. Due to complications from brain surgery, she has a hearing impairment, short-term memory problems, and several other physical ailments. Despite these challenges, Prince is a tireless fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital and Locks of Love.
