This segment from the 2006 Young Heroes Award Ceremony features a profile of honoree Adam McFarland of Keithville, a senior at Caddo Magnet High School in Shreveport. McFarland is a motivational speaker, who tries to inspire younger students to adopt a positive attitude and persevere through any obstacles they face in their lives. He is an outstanding student, a member of the National Honor Society, an all-state violinist, and the Governor of Boy’s State.
