This segment from the September 24, 2021, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Kara St. Cyr’s report on the use of a portable solar device as a part of the disaster recovery efforts in Pointe-aux-Chenes, a community in Terrebone Parish without electricity for 22 days following Hurricane Ida.
