This segment from the January 22, 2021, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Andre Moreau’s report on the United States Army awarding Louisiana State University (LSU) a $9.3 million grant to help them prepare for the impact of climate change on military bases and their operations for decades in the future.
