This segment from the April 26, 2019, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Andre Moreau’s report on members of the Legislative Youth Advisory Council testifying in the Senate Education Committee at the 2019 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature on their bill allowing for student input into their school emergency plans.
