This segment from the April 14, 2017, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Kelly Spires’ recap of the first week of the 2017 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature. Her report includes highlights of Governor John Bel Edwards’ opening address, where he discusses his proposals for a corporate activity tax and a reduction in personal income tax rates.
