This segment from the February 21, 2014, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Charlie Whinham’s report on LSU-Eunice’s distinction as the first tobacco-free campus in the LSU System. Whinham reports that a 2013 state law requires all postsecondary institutions to become smoke-free with an option to go tobacco-free. He interviews Judy Daniels, the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, and Peyton Miller, the president of the Student Government Association (SGA).
