This segment from the January 31, 2014, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Shauna Sanford’s interview with Beth Salcedo and Dr. Rafael Salcedo of the Louisiana Coalition Against Human Trafficking. Sanford reports that the Salcedos are building a therapeutic group home for human trafficking victims ages 17 and under.
