This segment from the January 29, 2010, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Shauna Sanford’s report on the potential impact of higher education budget cuts to the faculty at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Sanford reports that LSU sent termination letters to 300 non-tenured faculty members stating that their contracts will not be renewed in 2011.
