This segment from the November 21, 2008, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Shauna Sanford’s interview with Sesame Street’s Elmo after he visited the LPB studio in Baton Rouge for the kick-off of “Raising Readers,” LPB’s preschool reading program.
