This segment from the October 28, 1994, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Arcie Chapa’s report on the United States Army Corps of Engineers’ management of the Atchafalaya Basin over the past ten years. Host Robert Collins then conducts an in-studio interview with Dr. Paul Kemp, LSU wetlands resources professor, who discusses his view of the Corps of Engineers’ management of the Atchafalaya Basin and what he would like to see in the future.
