Description
This segment from the November 13, 1992, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Jeff Duhe’s profile of the traveling midway operators of the fairs and festivals around Louisiana. He visits the State Fair in Baton Rouge, the Alligator Festival in Boutte, and the Festival Dulac in Morgan City. He interviews many of the fair workers, as well as Dudley Webre, Rotary Club president, and Gene Doles of Rebel Amusement Company. Host: Robert Collins
