Governor Edwards first discusses a recent WBRZ-TV report naming him as the target of an IRS investigation related to his involvement in the settlement of a lawsuit against Texaco and the subsequent firing by the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources of a private auditing firm that monitors Texaco’s payment of royalties to the State of Louisiana.
