Description
This episode of the series “Louisiana Legends” from September 12, 2012, features an interview with Terry Bradshaw conducted by Beth Courtney. Bradshaw played professional football with the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1970-1983, where he became the first quarterback to win four Super Bowls and was named the MVP of Super Bowls XIII and XIV. He was later inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and College Football Hall of Fame. Bradshaw discusses: growing up in Shreveport; constantly throwing a football as a kid; why he played college football at Louisiana Tech instead of LSU; his career at Louisiana Tech; his attempted transfer to Florida State University; his love of his alma mater; rooting for the New Orleans Saints in Super Bowl XLIV; his greater love for college football over professional football; his movie career; working on “Fox NFL Sunday”; the injuries he received playing football; and giving back to Louisiana Tech.
